My Hidden Chimp Workshop

Last year we ran a successful series of workshops based on Steve Peters' "Chimp Model", which is all about understanding how your brain works and how to manage your emotions and feelings. 

There is more information on the Chimp model and the sessions in the letter which can be found on our School Letters page. However, the permission slip was given out in class and should be returned to the office. You can also order the "My Hidden Chimp" book for just £5, which you will find on the permission slip given to classes.
