We are planning an exciting trip to Murton Park, York to complete a day in an Anglo-Saxon/Viking village to learn about the lives and the different roles of Anglo-Saxons. We will be travelling by coach and leaving school at 8:00am and plan to return at 4:30pm traffic permitting.
Hello!
It was hot!
A lot of work has been done in Amy's Garden, and Mr Allsopp is regularly adding to it! Today, we had a tour of it - it was shady, relaxing and we made leaf kebabs!
It has felt like a very speedy week this week due to the INSET day and our transition days. We still packed in the learning around it 😊
We have continued creating our still life and some more pictures from our digestive system learning.
A busy week!
Sports Day and digestion in science
What a week!
A brilliantly, interactive set of maths sessions on angles and shape and some great fun making thaumatropes, an old-fashioned type of animation... the illusion of movement...
Another week has flown by! We are all ready for a rest over half term, but only so we are ready and raring to go again in June!
