We were in school but we were having a GREAT time!
We picked 30 random names for an ice skating opportunity, and whilst we were sad that we couldn't go along, we weren't upset for long. We had a fantastic day in class with Mrs Heaver, Mrs Bates and Mrs Ledger.
Our first task was to create our own pictures on templates given. We used these to create tessellation - a pattern created when shapes are put together without any gaps.
As well as cheekily watching some Shaun the Sheep, some mindfulness colouring, iPad and ICT time; we also attempted some STEM. Each group were given a cup of mini-marshmallows and some dry, uncooked spaghetti. We were challenged to create as high of a structure as we could - without us holding it up! We had a really good go!
