Remembrance Day Poppies
We now have poppies and other RBL items on sale from the office. Poppies are a minimum donation of 20p and everything else a minimum of £1.
We have items available from the Poppy Appeal for a minimum donation. We are asking 20p for poppies and £1 for everything else.
Why do we wear the poppy?
It represents all those who lost their lives on active service, from the beginning of the First World War right up to the present day.
It also honours the contribution of civilian services and the uniformed services which contribute to national peace and security and acknowledges innocent civilians who have lost their lives in conflict and acts of terrorism.
