Read MoreThe Three Little Pigs

In the provision we have been enjoying building houses for the pigs in the construction area and re-enacting the story with the small world figures in the black tray. We could remember all the key phrases from the story, what little stars we are!

Some items are easy to cut through whilst others are quite difficult! We then have been using the bits that we have cut to make some beautiful creations over on the collage table.

Published 07/11/25, by Lisa HowsonWe have listened to the story of Goldilocks and the Three Bears in nursery this week. We have loved making our own porridge using a variety of pans and spoons. We have made sweet, salty and spicy porridge. We have shared the porridge we have made with our teachers and friends.

We found out that the leaves have changed colour and have started falling off the trees. We discovered that the weather has turned a little colder and we have needed warmer coats. We went for a walk outside in the nursery yard and found lots of lovely leaves. We even collected some and used them on our collage pictures.
